About
My name is Dominic Skinner and I am an associate research scientist in the Center for Computational Biology at the Flatiron Institute. Previously I was a NSF-Simons Fellow in the Center for Quantitative Biology at Northwestern University. I graduated from MIT in 2022 with a PhD in mathematics, advised by Prof. Jörn Dunkel. I work on problems at the intersection of biological physics, applied mathematics, and computational science.
